Our business approach is a blend of a very competent internal recruiting specialist and a retained search firm priced on an affordable "as needed" basis. GTC search requests are generated primarily from client and candidate referrals. In addition to direct hire openings, GTC recruits for contract positions and provides "employer of record" services for pre-identified candidates for shorter term assignments nationwide.
